Well of course. The Feds don’t want any more witnesses to have insider knowledge of the betrayal of the American people or it’s state secrets.

Oh look...more silence from the GOP...well until their shills hit the threads making yet another excuse for their betraying America.

We are essentially Venezuela now.

How is this possible?
Aren’t they allowed to hire counsel as in everyone’s right to representation
To: kristinn
Denying them their right to representation on a clearance technicality. Very clever. Of course it will take at least ten years for this to wind it’s way up to SCOTUS for a decision.

Those who control the pensions of the Federal goons with the guns and 1.6 billion rounds of hollow point ammo can do anything they darn well please.

Of course it will take at least ten years for this to wind its way up to SCOTUS for a decision. Actually, it doesn't take that long in disputes between branches of the federal government. The question is does the House have the guts to assert its prerogatives?

Meanwhile, Obama and hang, who could NEVER get any level of security clearance if they were applying for government work, now have access to EVERY U.S. Secret.
it just isn’t right.

And some one thought that a state law keeping background
checks from going into a national database would do any good.
This administration is lawless, exempting itself from the laws
they pass on us, like Obamacare. We are now a first world
country with a third world government.
