Boy, Its a mixed bag with Rubio.
“Everyone I talk to who has dealt with her, [says Hiss is] a professional and hardworking and patriotic American who loves his country and in the service of his country is serving it.
Last Tea Party rally I saw was in support of Newt Gingrich and Donald Trump and I'm sure Michelle Bachmann would be an easy choice over Rubio for Tea Partiers.
How can this article talk about Rubio and Bachmann and conclude that Rubio is the Tea Party favorite of the two?
Alex Seitz-Wald is the Assistant Editor of ThinkProgress.org, a project of the Center for American Progress Action Fund
Funded by George Soros
Politico wrote in April 2011 that “The Center for American Progress Action Fund openly runs political advocacy campaigns, and plays a central role in the Democratic Partys infrastructure, and the new reporting staff down the hall isnt exactly walled off from that message machine, nor does it necessarily keep its distance from liberal groups organizing advocacy campaigns targeting conservatives.
Whereas the Center for American Progress is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the fund is a 501(c)(4), allowing it to devote more funds to lobbying.
In 2003, George Soros promised to financially support the organization by donating up to three million dollars. The action fund is headed by Jennifer Palmieri.

In October 2010, ThinkProgress posted that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce was bypassing campaign finance laws by using foreign money to fund campaign attack ads. FactCheck.org called it “a claim with little basis in fact”,while The New York Times wrote, “[T]here is little evidence that what the chamber does in collecting overseas dues is improper or even unusual, according to both liberal and conservative election-law lawyers and campaign finance documents”.
