I tried to post this as a thread last night, but got frustrated when my attempts to put it in "News/Activism" failed.
Anyway--this is a truly BRAZEN act by the Obama Admin--and I pray it gets the kind of "Fast and Furious" response it deserves!
The Congressional hearings on F&F were pure theater, giving the false impression that there was oversight in action. It was a sham.
This is quite interesting given that Holder wants to expand the public safety exemption.
So it makes me go hmmmm....maybe this is to protect the Missing Saudi.
The American Citizen Terrorist SHOULD have been Mirandized. That’s the benefit of being a citizen. The FBI and the current administration probably did NOT want Terrorist #2 to be Mirandized because then they would have all sorts of legal wiggle room to let him off the hook AND would set up a nasty precedent for ANYONE they so deemed a terrorist whether a Christian, a conservative, a so-called homophobe, a member of our military—pick one.
The judge put a stop to the wiggle room, IMO. Right thing to do.

Is this the same FBI that took 27 days to get to Benghazi to investigate ?
And then they spent a total of 8 (Eight) hours doing their investigation ..
and now look at the result of how that investigation worked out !!
