Same excuse they gave with what happened last week in Waco Texas that it was a lighting strike that set off that blaze.

Don't they have safety protocols for this ?

Isn't fail safe systems suppose to protect against static charges ?

Either someone was incredibly incompetent ? or ? this was no accident.
