Well Pauls’ plan (really an out line of a plan) will never see the light of day in the Senate. So arguing over it is pointless. I will be interested in seeing how he votes on the gang of 8 plan in the Senate. That is where the real battle over amnesty will happen. I think he will vote against it, he certainly has not signed on to it and appears to be doing all he can to stop it.

Well, as I have posted elsewhere, where Rand is doing the right thing, we need to praise him, and where he is doing the wrong thing, like his current Amnesty Plan, we need to fight like hell against him.
So, if he votes against the Rubio Amnesty, he will have my thanks, but he needs to drop the his own Amnesty plan and get back to his old positions on Illegal Immigration.
