"Our bill, while certainly it gives a path to citizenship and legalizes people right away, we will know the identities of everybody. And that makes the country safer," Schumer said in an interview with Univision set to air Sunday. "So I think our bill would actually – it's too early to tie it to any specific incident – but overall, it'll make the country a lot safer."

Mexico has very poor records, and the further south one goes to other countries, it only gets worse. IF you are born in a remote village in the mountains, the only possible record is one that the local Catholic church may have in a master book. No written form of birth certificate is issued.
People aready working in the USA from Mexico twist the father’s last name & the mother’s last name over and over again to get employment. Jose Mendez Lopez becomes Jose Lopez Mendez when challenged. They make a complete game out of such shenanigans and there are groups like La Raza which actually teach them how to avoid being properly identified!!! Most of these people don’t have any such document as a birth certificate, such as we in America are used to producing.
There is no way that anyone in the Obama Administration can every totally ID any of these illegals they are so anxious to give amnesty to.
