I tend to agree with what a couple of others said. I think this is way bigger than we know. I mean, this is a lot of resources being deployed to catch this one guy. Obama is gonna have to cut medicare again to pay for all of this :) They are worried about something a lot bigger I think.

You suggested the response was overkill. My point was it was not. These guys are using improvised military ordnance. We don’t know all the facts, how many jihadis there are, where they are, etc.
