Looks photoshopped to me too. Zoom in on the guy’s head and you can see the pixel halo that’s not around anyone else. Also there’s an unnatural blob at the back of his neck.

Of course it is an edited photo, how else could you ad the red arrow indicating the Perp?
I saw no metadata in the raw file, saying what editor was used.

if you expand beyond his head to the girls in the foreground, you’ll notice they pixelate too when the area is enlarged.
