Upthread someone posted a photo of white-hat guy walking right past the 8-year old who was killed, and the bag he is carrying in other photos is now on the ground next to the little boy.

I'm not certain but it looks like black hat's pants are no longer clean like in the early pictures. Did he fall?? Get hit with something? The percussion was apparently tremendous.
The guy who lost both legs saw the suspect lay the bag down next to him....he was barely out of surgery when he told what happened...it is because of him they knew where to narrow down where to look.
