For those who think this may be photo-shopped, there may be some corroborating evidence that it is not. I don't know the timing of these pictures, but here goes:
In the unedited shot of the suspect, you see the child who was killed, his father and sister, and another woman (don't view if this image is upsetting):
suspect just after planting bomb.
In the recent hi-rez photo:
suspect walking away there is a woman in the streets running, who I believe is the same woman as the one right near the placed bomb. (The Tufts lax sweater, silver shoes, blue socks).
If he had kept walking, and she was clearly running, the timing would seem to be roughly correct. I can't be certain it is the same woman, and if it was, she was very, very lucky. But it looks the same to me.
