In case anyone hasn’t pointed it out, look at the forearm/wrist of the stationary arm. It’s very thin compared to the healthy arm. Probably a birth defect.

I have a friend with that deformity. His arm hangs down unless he is holding it.

Yes. And the way he walks is consistent with a club-footed person.

Damaged at birth. Easy recruit.

yes, the gimpy arm kinda matches how suspect 2 is almost always holding his arm at 90 degree angle.

suspect 2’s hand is larger. Me thinks he was wearing a high definition silicone prosthetic hand which are quite easy to get these days.
