Could be. No other stories on it. I’d say somebody at Reuters screwed up, and posted to internet instead of to file.

For instance, they mention his surviving WWII without pointing out his collaboration with the Nazis in the final solution; how he helped loot the properties of Jews sent to Auschwitz.
