I looked at the pics in the article.
The guy in question didn’t look dark skinned at all.
Besides, I think he’s a red herring - there’s no way he’d be close to where the bomb was going off unless he were stupid.

And you really cannot analyze how a person behaves after being that close to an explosion. Shell shock can disorientate you.
