I don’t know if that is a clue or what. I mean, if you want to terrorize the Boston marathon, why not hit within the first 30 min of runners coming in? Why wait a couple hours?

BLEEP, and I do not care if this is liberal or conservative city, they are fellow Americans and others. RIP to the dead and prayers to the injured, the victims and their loved ones and friends etc.

There is a hi rise parking lot in the area. I watched the race from there once, but I don’t know how close it is to the finish line, but it is close.
I personally wouldn't care...but all I saw was anonymous blood on the sidewalk??

If it was timed, they aren’t certain of the finish.
I’m suspecting North Korea. They made some rumblings about something of this nature.
I wish that were true. Sadly, I don’t think it will be.
Got a text from a friend there. They were watching the race, and the cops on the scene are saying “Bomb”. Still to early to know for sure, but it doesn’t look good.
Before anyone says anything, in the first few hours you can count on the first reports to be not quite right. The cops are still in shock, like everyone else.
The majority of finishers would be arriving at this time.
Reality is painful! I suppose the picture could be taken down but IMHO a poor idea.
Maybe, IF, someone was setting something off...they were GUESSING as to the time the most runners would be coming in????
Today is PATRIOTS DAY in Boston.
In that photo, the small area where it’s still smouldering would indicate a small bomb, not a gas explosion.

I am DEEPLY offended by your post.
People DIED, and you just can't wait to ignore them.
Go ahead. Close your eyes. Stick your fingers in your ears and sing kumbaya la-la-la-la, if you must.
But don't try to cover up the ugly truth from the rest of us.
It doesn't make sense. I mean if they are going to risk total annihilation, you'd think they would go for a bit more than this.
