When (+if) gun control libs start bailing from this bill in significant #s then we will know the Senate Dems have stepped right into the quick-sand. Then Obama will have his first post election disaster, much like Bush Harriot Myers eight years ago.

sorry sickdude, but it really does NOT matter what the particular wording is on paper, the cops/DAs and judges will still do their thing, and force us to fight uphill to *prove* we're within the [cough] *law*...

Im no lawyer, but a quick skim of tooley/munchkin and i could figure numerous ways to pnumbra folks to prison...much less the undoubtedly future amendments, most buried in 3k page bills to further close these loopholes that gottlieb thinks he has so cleverly *snookered* the progcomms into...

do we not remember the 'definition of "is"' or that a flat, plain English statement of "Shall NOT be infringed" have both been bastardized to be used at the judiciaries discretion, all the while #uck shumer laughs his way to the supreme court ???
