I read just recently about Japanese tourist visiting the US strictly to learn how to shoot.

Then it is time for local gun clubs to start an outreach program that lets foreign students get training on how to use firearms for little or no money. And educate them on why we have the 2nd Amendment.

When my dad was stationed in England in the early ‘60’s, we (he) got orders (’63) to Albuquerque and my English buddies (I was 15 at the time) were concerned about the Indians and worried that we may have to arm ourselves for protection. I can confirm this, with an explanation.
I used to have a lot of laboratory work performed in Ontario. The grad students there were afraid to take a job in the states because of “gun violence”.
OTOH, they were also wondering why Clinton was being impeached for “just sex”.
So the correct title for this article should be
