I have never heard of anyone who died from MSG. They sure destroyed Chinese take-out since they were forced to remove it. I sure hope Bloomberg doesn’t hear about this.
Most humans’ first encounter with umami is breast milk.
It contains roughly the same amount of umami as broths.
