Of course we do. That's obvious. What's less obvious is the need for Fork Control. Can you imagine the damage that could done by a crazy wacko with a fork. At the minimum we need a Fork Background Check and a Fork Registry.
OTOH, Spoons look pretty safe, at least for now.
I am thinking about obtaining a very nice switch blade....(for finger nail cleaning).
