Unconstitutional, and thereby null and void.

I have a relative with crippling arthritis whose hand is deformed. A pistol grip gun must be used. I see a great law suit that this law dicriminated against the disabled by basically outlawing the 2nd amendment rights.

Correct. The used the ECert process to bypass the committee an public hearings, just like Cuomo. The house tried to force a vote on each section, rather then the whole bill.

How did this happen ?

It's Ct. It's just that simple. They also used some Emergency something or other clause that "allowed" them to meet behind closed doors, never have ANY public debate and pass this crap.

A friend of mine was at a gun store in Norwalk, CT at 12:15 today when it became law. He said the went to all the gun cases & removed all the guns that had 10+ mags and took them in the back. They're illegal now.

To say its a sad day is an understatement.

That is how all important bills are passed now, there is no time for committees or mark ups. It must be passsed now, usually late at night to limit public comment. That is how Obamacare passed and that is how they would like to do amnesty.
