Just because the media generally and hollywood accept Queerdom does not mean it’s generally accepted by most of the people..

If you believe this you either aren't paying attention or have intentionally buried your head in the sand.

Once upon a time, not even that many years ago, what you say was true. Today, it's a whole new ballgame. Polling is increasingly showing wide majorities in favor of gay marriage. 10 years ago people would have opposed letting open gays in the military, today they support it. There is a reason you don't hear conservatives talking about repealing the law allowing homo's in armed forces. We now have a president that ran supporting homo-marriage and he won - despite having utterly failed economically. Gay marriage and gay rights used to be a winning issue for conservatives, is increasingly a loser. The media, Hollywierd and the entertainment establishments succeeded at changing American's opinion on this issue.

The gays knew what they were doing back in the 1960s when they began their assault on the entire media and entertainment industry, slowly but surely, they gained a foothold....and now they’ve gained enough power that basically acceptance of their lifestyle is the main litmus test in gaining employment in those industries.

The media, Hollywierd and the entertainment establishments succeeded at changing American's opinion on this issue.

Most people, most of the time, especially in a democratic society, will tend to go along with what they think most of their peers believe in.

20 years ago one had to beat against the current to be pro-gay. I was recently reading a late-60s John D. MacDonald noval, and the hero casually expressed anti-gay and lesbian attitudes that were utterly unexceptional at the time. Orson Scott Card is presently being boycotted because he expressed much less negative attitudes in print 20 years ago.

A year or two ago we were probably at 50/50. The trend is only in one direction, and as it gets harder to be anti, fewer people will be willing to fess up to such a hateful opinion.

This is, BTW, exactly what happened with regard to racism. Such a belief system is acceptable in very few places in American society today. Which is an example of this dynamic working in a positive way.

The pro-gay groups have succeeded in equating a belief that homosexual activity is sinful with racism, an example of the dynamic working negatively. IMO.

People are frightened. They saw what happened in terms of those who supported Proposition 8, in terms of their jobs and businesses being threatened and having their homes put on maps for homosexuals to target. They see Christian organizations being thrown of campuses and students being punished for holding a bible study or objecting to Jesus’ Name literally being desecrated and stomped on.

The homosexual activists know exactly what they are doing. Once they have homosexual “marriage” in place they will start going after the churches who refuse to perform them.

Fortunately, it's not the most important issue on America's agenda. More and more, people are going to learn that the Democratic Party's economic, budgetary and taxing theories are garbage, that Democratic Party legislative initiatives such as Obamacare destroy jobs and destroy any incentive to create jobs.

The stark reality of defaulting on $150,000 worth of student loans without being able to find a job for more than 29 hours a week, or more than minimum wage, and living in their mothers' basements with absolutely no hope of any change on the horizon, provides fertile soil for us among younger voters.

After they graduate from Socialism State University, and find out the reality of the Great Obama Depression, we need to reach out and take them. They are ours.

Oh, one other thing.

We need to stop talking about the spiritual consequences of sodomy and start talking about the medical consequences. The reduced life expectancy among homosexuals, by a margin of several years. The increased incidence of STDs and rectal cancer, and other diseases among homosexuals, and what that means.

The increased incidence of alcoholism, drug addiction and domestic violence among homosexuals. And what THAT means.

And the revelation that legalizing gay marriage won’t do anything to improve those numbers — because we’ll have statistics from states where gay marriage has been legal for 10 years, and the bad stuff that homosexuals do to themselves, and each other, will still be happening with the same destructive frequency.

I actually agree with hosepipe. We are witnessing the greatest mass delusion of the ages. No, people didn't vote for Obama despite his support for fake marriage. This was the most corrupt elections in this nation's history- MILLIONS of votes were stolen for Obama. Fake polls abound, churned out by people who could care less about the truth, only their agenda.

You are falling for the psy-ops.

polls mean nothing as people say one thing and thnk another and I know a few who do that .
Also the polls are scewed to suit their agendas and lets not forget the polls and media are left wing for the most part.

If our side had any guts and stopped the fake conservatives from using our platforms to spout their agendas, like Paul, if they had the guts to stand on conservative social issues from the get go then we would not be at ths point.

If churches, talk radio and other talking heads had defended marriage then we would not be at this point and if they act surprised then they are cowards as most conservatives knew this was coming

obama never got voted in because he wants turd pokers , he got where he was because of massive fraud in the Dem controlled counties in the swing states.

The media is left wing for the most part
The polls are mostly left wing or eltiist types in DC
Since the left likes ot mention polls then they do they also ignore other polls on guns or how about asking.

is having sex with feces healthy, mmm I wonder what that poll would say.
Do children do better when they have a mother and a father?

wonder what that poll would say, mmmmm

Polls are nothing but a propaganda machine to further an agenda.

Also people say one thing to a pollster and anotehr what they think.

As for polling, er where, I know around here in north FL and even most I know up in MA when I worked up there they are opposed to homosexual marriage.

The left have been doing this for years, hell they had it written down back in 1963, weather underground later said it was about destroying normal couples and marriage.
They used the Alinsky tactics

Anyone not seeing the lies and drama from these people need to wake up and it woudl have helped if the cowards on our side would actually have mentioned this years ago , eople like Hannity, Rush etc who think they should stay on the debt and spending or health care to play it safe

For those who believe what is written repeatedly (8 times at least) in 7 different books of the Bible the consequence is clear. In the last decade or so i come to truly fear for our country or rather what will happen to the country it is being transformed into. Christianity preserved the heart of Greeko-Roman culture in the Dark Ages. One can only wonder if the same thing is coming again.
