How many school children can tour the White House with that money? If Obama is asking the Americans to choose between sick children and poor children, why is he giving this money away to others?

How many school children can tour the White House with that money?I don't know about school children specifically, but at the current budget it's enough money to keep the White House open for the People for the next 54 years.
Half a million visitors pass through the White House each year, so that would be about 27 million visitors over the next 54 years.
