I've been thinking of getting a cowboy hat too.
Went so far as to price one (still out of range).
As you say, we need a uniform so we can tell who's who.
Sissies will never wear a cowboy hat unless they're starting up a new Village People band.
Just as an aside, I read yesterday that around 25% of the old west cowboys were Black American men.
History has been completely twisted for political purposes.
I always figured I was a cowboy at heart.

I've been thinking of getting a cowboy hat too. Went so far as to price one (still out of range). Don't know what part of the country you're in, but in Texas you can find straw cowboy hats for as little as $15. Good looking, too. The most I've spent for one is $30, and I've got three.
It's the felt ones that are pricer. About $70+ for a decent one.
