They were carrying her around as dead weight, for pete’s sake! How much more “out of it” does a person need to be? How much more “out of it” can a person get?
Admittedly, not much.
However, I have heard no claim that the videos record the entirety of the participants (girl and boys) actions. Without that, and without the girl's recollections, I don't know how a rape charge can be sustained without violating "presumption of innocence."
