So why dont you share what you think is exculpatory evidence. Evading her legal guardians' oversight, ignoring the advice of her peers, prior statements, unlawful intoxication, lack of a comprehensive recording of the events in lieu of her recollections...etc.
So far as I can tell, there is nothing that happened to this girl that isn't regularly solicited by other women every day, so the actual events, degrading as they may be, do not constitute a rape.
What would constitute rape, seems to be conspicuously absent without comprehensive recordings or admissions of guilt.

I don't mean to step in the middle of your skurfufful here, so pardon that. But, I've been around for 46 years and have walked around the block and seen in most of the windows, if you know what I mean. But I have yet to meet a woman who solicited for group activities. That's anectodal. But my question is that since the girl was 16, does this not also count as a statutory rape? Not up on the legalese of digits versus penile penetration.

You said, “So far as I can tell, there is nothing that happened to this girl that isn’t regularly solicited by other women every day, so the actual events, degrading as they may be, do not constitute a rape.”
That has to be the stupidest logic I’ve heard in a long, long time.
Some people choose to drink arsenic so somebody forcing arsenic on me is CLEARLY not murder...
