Go back to what it was before 1965. 300,000 a year let in and possessed of an education or skill so as not to be a drain on the rest of us and having a relative of natural or legalized status to sponsor said immigrant. The are already laws on the books about entering the country illegally, enforce them!

- Illegals here can NEVER attain citizenship. NEVER.
- Illegals here _can_ remain as “permanent alien workers” if they have clean legal records (other than the fact that they entered the country illegally).
- Illegals here who are permanent alien workers can qualify Social Security _IF_ they meet the same eligibility requirements as citizens.
- Permanent alien workers (as non-citizens will NEVER be allowed to register and vote).
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
- Permanent alien workers have NO RIGHT to “chain migration” of relatives. Only legal immigrants (entered USA legally from the outset) will have that opportunity (I would prefer it be abolished for legal immigrants as well).

The problem with the rubio plan is that the laws are already on the books—including the law passed by Reagan in 1986.
The new proposed law will just add another layer to the old law.
What happened with the old law was that one provision of the law, border enforcement was not implemented. The other side of the law amnesty was enforced.
The same thing will happen here. Only in spades. Once the law is passed it will no longer be possible to deport anyone the obama administration doesn’t want to deport which will be no one but murderers. And the rules to get people naturalized citizenship will be frog marched or ignored and illegals will be made legals in mass for the 2016 elections—so as to push the dems into a majority in states like texas arizona florida and others.
Try to understand, the law means nothing to the dems.

Rubio’s plan calls for more GOVERNMENT to enforce laws that they cannot already enforce on the current system. It would be a lot cheaper to round up all the Illegal Aliens and deport them...instead of the government trying to figure out which illegal got in line at what time, and what illegal alien has paid his “fine”...yada yada yada
