Colorado lawmakers passed a bill on Friday to mandate universal background checks for all gun buyers in a state that has experienced two of the deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history, a spokesman for majority Colorado House Democrats said....The legislation now awaits the signature of Governor John Hickenlooper for final approval.

Universal Background Checks are not functional WITHOUT TOTAL GUN REGISTRATION!
Otherwise, how would the nanny state know when you sold or transferred a firearm?
There will be may legal challenges and massive non-compliance.

Let me guess, many Denver residents moved in from CA after they screwede up that state.
Sadly, that is probably true in a number of states that would otherwise be categorized as gun-friendly. The bulk of the people out in the hinterland have good sense, but the crazed lefties gravitate to, and take over, the larger metro areas.
Governor Chickenpooper is expected to sign these bits of treason. He would not even listen any Sheriff of Colorado. He must never have heard of the Second Amendment. We have gone form judicial activism to a state dictatorship.
I already CARE. Understand this. I don’t have any guns. Any records showing that I had or may have had any guns is inaccurate. Any laws that abridge the Constitution are null and void.
All of which will help to insure that there is more deadly mass shooting of the increasingly unarmed subjects of Colorado.
Criminals and mass shooters of Colorado should thank Colorado democrats for making their jobs all that much safer.
For every one of these bills that get passed into law, someone could say, as Phil did in your book Enemies Foreign and Domestic, "...whoever wrote that damn law is either the biggest fool who ever lived, or he just flat-out wants to start a civil war in this country.”

It is time to shut down and devastate the Colorado tourism and travel industry. Give no quarter. No skiing, no hunting, climbing, hiking....nothing. Hurt them with extreme boycott. Spend your money in Wyoming, Utah or Texas!!
