“Common sense” and “government regulations” don’t belong in the same sentence unless the word ‘antithetical’ is also a part of it. ;-)

Says they wont' 'restore' her and her husband's gun rights until they do an investigation and she appears before a judge to determine her competency. I think she's on good ground to file a lawsuit. Hopefully the judge will slap those officials around pretty good. Unless he's a commie too.

Yeah- they’ll put out another ad- or mount a ‘lawsuit’ which will get nowhere- just as it won’t get anywhere in NY-
