It looks like the Gr/Japan thing again. Tubby wants some ass kissing by a perceived weak leader. He has a bomb and has given the nut jobs the bomb one way or the other. He thinks we are involved with too much now. Then there's that gun that wounds rather than kills like the M-14.
To: rdl6989
Baby Kim, aka Gay Leader, has perceived, and perceived quite correctly, a weakness in the U.S. and is acting on this perception.

God let many people die. Fact is we all do.
I learned long ago if God wanted it different, it would be.

They’ll have to kill the majority of the population. Right now the mindset in the south is they are one country divided. If NK attacks the attitude will change rapidly.
NKs plan is to destroy SK with artillery and chemical weapons. The nukes are reserved for the US.

“Team Spirit was much bigger than anything they do now.”
My contacts in SK say the current exercises are much bigger than anything they’ve seen before. They think its prep for war.

Don’t the Norks have the largest standing army in the world?

Maybe in numbers, but not total weight.
Each guy weighs 80 lbs.

No, they have about 950,000 in their army. They are 3 or 4 depending on whether you count their much smaller air force and navy.

yes you are wrong and yes you are a filthy human being. Wishing for the deaths of millions is not a Christian value.

Hopefully its not going to be proven one way or another but I’m not convinced the South Koreans epically those less than 40 or so would not simply roll over after a strike on Seoul. It would be much easier for the North to pull off than a long range attack on the US...
To: montanajoe
There are plenty of communist sympathizers in the South. Their universities do a great job of indoctrinating them, much like ours.
Its possible some could roll over but I don’t think they’ll be given a choice. It’ll be fight or die.
Remember all the males have mandatory military service.

Does this mean once the NORKS end their miserable little country we can stop protecting South Korea and maybe they can start doing their own defense work? We’ve been there for 60 years. It is about time they step up to defend their own nation.

The Norks also have the ability to rain down a couple of million mortars on Seoul. That would not be good for any city, but Seoul is essentially the only populated region of South Korea.
