Please remember that the colleges of education are stuffed to the brim with Marxist/queer/feminazi/whole-word/new-math/enviro-wackos and the indoctrination of generations of teachers ( with the lowest SAT scores on campus) continues.

The only reform that would do any good is to collapse the entire system of K-12, socialist-funded, single-payer, and GODLESS schools. If conservatives and Christians would remove their children there are counties and states where the entire system of socialist-entitlement K-12 schooling would IMPLODE!

Will this happen? I hope so. Just last week Glenn Beck spend about 15 minutes urging his listeners to immediately remove their kids from the government's K-12 socialist-entitlement, single-payer, and GODLESS schools.

I totally agree with you. See my post #56. I heard Glenn Beck talking about how the organized socialists/communists/marxists have taken over the Texas school system and are indoctrinating the children with pro-leftist teachings, and destroying the truths about this great country and its history.

Hey FREEPERS..why don't we put forth some constructive commentary on what parents must do to save their children and this great country from total control of the left, rather than just making some flip comments, attempts at humor, and then moving on.

I heard that, and posted a thread about it. People knock him for being a Mormon, but as far as I can tell, he is pursuing the truth to the best of his ability. And in the case of the government schools, he is 100% correct.

How Christian conservatives, who know that they will have to answer to God for how they raised their children, can send their children to godless, anti-Christian schools, isn't a mystery.

The main reason is free babysitting. Other families are divided between husband and wife. Then there is the "my school is different" crowd. Well, if your school prohibits prayer, it is no different in principle from any other godless school. And I doubt that it's much different in degree.

I've heard tales of old, where homilies were preached, telling Catholic parents that they had a solemn obligation to remove their children from the government schools. We've come a long way.
