Not quite as fast as a Bugatti Veyron. But not quite as ugly either.

Only three built.
All of them pre-sold.

Lamborghini Unveils $3.9 Million Supercar Pretty expensive, but it COULD end up being cheaper than a Chevy Volt.

I like the Batmobile-styled ground-effects skirt.
Bottom that baby out on a driveway and fixing it will probably cost a quarter mil.

And here I figured I was the only one that thought the Bugatti looked like it was designed by a kid with a #2 Laddie pencil.

It seems like about half of these exotics wind up in collections, and the other half wrecked at high speed.

I don't think I'd like to have a car that looks like it's saying "Oh 5h1+!" all the time.

Great another car you can’t drive. This will really get the OWS crowd going.

Years ago, a buddy of mine had a friend who bought a Countach in LA, got in it and drove to Palm Springs. Rented a hotel and showered as the heat from the motor at his back left him in a puddle of sweat.
Walked out to the car and saw a puddle of oil flowing out. Called the dealer and asked WTF?
Dealer read him the riot act for actually driving the car that distance. Then refused to cover the fee for towing it back to LA.
Made me want to run out and buy two....

I can’t imagine what a common $100 repair like replacing the MAF sensor would cost.

Spend $80-ish K on a Shelby Mustang GT500 and you have pretty much the same thing.

I saw an article on the Bugatti a few years ago that said its tires are only good for 6000 miles. They’re hand-made, and go for $18K per matched set.
That was then, this is now. A quick Google check reveals that a set of four tires for the 2013 Bugatti goes for $42K. I don’t know if the milage rating has been improved.
