Part of the problems can be handled via catheters. Same as astronauts in space suits. As a physician Rand has the expertise.

When Sen. Cruz started reading (slowly) the Tweets...Paul bumped him on the arm & raced behind Cruz (out the door to the loo?)

PS, and his camera angle (different side of the house) makes him look younger from this side.

Are all the other R’s out to dinner w/ Barry? He should be getting more long winded questions so he can sit for a moment or two.
