The Philadelphia media is one of the most race-adverse media outlets in the country. They do anything and everything to hide the facts of race-based assaults and killings. Such is the case in Upper Darby PA where a 12-year-old white boy, Bailey O’Neill, was jumped and beaten in school by two black kids.
Baily was rushed to the hospital, spent 2 months on life-support, and died this week.
The kids who killed him? They were suspended from school for two days.
Jesse Jackson would be proud.
Maybe - because of quotas for black discipline - they are waiting for two white kids to kill a black kid, then they can expel the black abusers and arrest them. It’s affirmative action combined with adverse impact (quota) rules…. or something. Ask 2-J’s to explain it. Or ask President Obama who implemented it in his August Executive Order.
PENNSYLVANIA – A suburban Philadelphia sixth-grader was pulled off life support Sunday, a day after his 12th birthday and almost two months since he was punched in the face in a perceived bullying attack at school.
Southeast Delco School District officials confirmed that Bailey O’Neill, who had been in the hospital in a medically induced coma, has died.
One of the two tormenters punched him so hard that he broke the boy’s nose and left him with a concussion, NBC 10 Philadelphia reported. The students who reportedly jumped O’Neill were suspended from school for two days.
“Our school community is deeply saddened by this loss,” schools Superintendent Stephen Butz said in a statement Monday. “Our condolences are with Bailey’s family and friends during this very difficult time.”
Butz said the school district is continuing to work with local authorities, who haven’t filed charges against the two students involved in the Jan. 10 altercation in the schoolyard at Darby Township School.
The case remains an “ongoing, active criminal investigation,” a spokeswoman for Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan told the Daily News.

Unfortunately, a reporter decided to show up at the home of one of the kids who killed him and ask his dad how he felt. Whoopsie – he’s black…… Shocker !
They may be juveniles, but it is now murder. The papers may not report it, but there is still a semblance of justice, even there. They may not be tried as adults, but this will cost them more than two days suspension from school.
Personally, I like 12 as the age to be tried as an adult for this sort of thing. At twelve, you know what is right and wrong. And yes, I would seek the death penalty for these two. This really is one of those “let God sort it out” sort of things. We need a lot more of that.

Two kids jump another kid and beat him? That is not a fight. That is assault. That it was black on white it was possibly a hate crime. It certainly was premeditated. This all certainly increases the required punishment. Though I personally would be against the death penalty for anyone under 16 at this time.
Now that he has died, they are very careful to now call it a "fight."
Let me ask you how many white 12 year-old kids in public schools are going to start a fight, by himself, with two black kids?
Apparently, though, the incident was caught on tape. Let's hope it's not conveniently lost or "damaged."
unless there was some sort of weapon involved or proof that the kids plotted and intended to kill the boy then it just isn’t premeditated murder.
I have no idea where you went to school. But in the school I grew up in fights were fairly common. It would have been unusal for more than 2 people to get into one, but sometimes a fight could escalate to involve others. Although I saw several fights during football games that involved both entire teams.
Without further information I can’t say whether or not race played a roll in this particular incident.

When I was in 3rd grade, we had a guy in our class who was 13. (A few years later nature ran it's course and he was removed from the gene pool during a stick-up.)

What do you think would have happened to these two boys 200 years ago, regardless of race? I’m very old school when it comes to justice.
Of course, this is all just my opinion, and I know it conflicts with modern opinions, but I side with Albert Einstein: “What is right is not always popular, and what is popular is not always right.”

In a sane world, raised by two parents to live according to Judeo-Christian values, you know what is right and wrong.” In today’s world, raised in an entitlement ghetto subculture that believes white people are the source of everything wrong, your understanding of right and wrong may be twisted.
I’m not excusing the bullying or the murder. I’m just saying we now have fourth and fifth generation children of welfare recipients who have never been inside a church, never been held accountable for anything, have no moral guidance, and who see death, squalor, and decadence around them everyday. Their parents and grandparents also lived in the same world and know no other.
Our challenge as a society is how to break this cycle of dependence, immorality, and race based resentment. It is clear the community leaders (ministers, teachers, politicians, media, and community organizers) don’t have the solution or aren’t willing to take the actions necessary to counter the forces of evil. Money isn’t the solution. Free housing, food stamps, free cell phones, and midnight basketball aren’t the answer. Until we find a way to break the cycle the moral and spiritual ghettos in which these children are raise will continue to turn out drug dealers, thugs, murderers, and parasites.

A lucky blow to the nose at just the right angle can easily result in death, and it doesn’t take a lot of force.
ANY fight can result in death or serious injury, and “kids” are far stronger than many people realize. My 8 year old girls is already as strong as my wife.

This was no fight. It was an assault -- and not just an assault but two Trayvon wannabees ganging up on one smaller kid.
Two against one is not a child fight.... It’s attempted murder...We have to treat crime as a crime. These two knew right from wrong. They choose wrong. If this was a black kid beaten to death by two white boys,it would be an Obama racist rant on TV. Being a white boy.... Forget about it....
