Six-year-old Coy Mathis explains her predicament in the simplest of terms:
“I want to go to school. We play games at recess,” the first grader said Tuesday.
But the transgender girl is being home schooled this semester because she has been denied access to the girls’ bathroom at Eagleside Elementary School in Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8, her parents say.
New York-based Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund attorneys said they filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division on behalf of her parents Kathryn and Jeremy Mathis, saying Coy has been discriminated against.
Forcing Coy to use a different bathroom than the girls, “is targeting her for stigma, bullying and harassment,” said Michael Silverman, TLDE attorney and executive director. He said that Colorado law prevents schools from discriminating against transgender students.

No. I'm pretty sure that his parents convincing him that he's "transgender" so that they can be the center of attention for all of their "progressive" friends is what's targeting him for stigma, bullying and harassment.
Selfish, stupid pricks.

The story says at age FOUR the child (boy) asked his parents to “fix his body” because he was a girl. Yeah, right. And they use their six year old’s picture right in the article, so maybe he can be bullied some more. But notice the picture only as two of the three triplets, because god forbid they show their third child, the one that has a true disability from contracting meningitis. That’s the one we should be caring for and making sure he gets all he needs.

Its a boy that apparently has a sad excuse for a “parent” who decided they wanted a girl instead of a boy (don’t know if this was planned while the child was still in-utero, or if this was a decision made after).
I had a student years ago who’s mother had set her mind to having a baby girl, including decorating the baby room in strong “girl” designs. Along comes little Leland... a boy. But that didn’t stop “mom” who dressed Leland as a baby girl, now even beginning to allow “boy” clothing until he was a toddler (under pressure from family and eventually the little community they lived in). Dalton was, as long as I knew him, extremely effeminate... and “decided” he liked boys better than girls... and all was encouraged by mom.
A definite product of his environment.
It’s the parents who should be facing a court, not a school.
Parents deserve to be UN-gendered.
Relate to?... 99.9999% of the time you are a male or a female. It doesn’t matter what you “relate” to, if this kid decides tomorrow that he is truly a DOG, will you all be so happy to put a collar and leash on him and make him poop in the backyard and tell society to call him Spot?
And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck.

It’s bad enough that this child’s parents decided to ruin his life, but that a medical ‘professional’ would agree to be a part of it is just stupefying to me. Immoral and unethical acts against a child. Some people truly do not deserve to walk this earth.
