Spineless RINO Slugs Say Chuck Hagel Now Likely To Be Confirmed
Working Americans outside the Beltway are slaves to the Political class from both parties and the federal apparatchiks in DC, as well as the demented degenerate parasites that vote for them.
It's time for class warfare to become a two way street.
Things will begin to turn when we have a right wing from outside DC with leaders who willing to attack the parasites that support the domestic communists and their propagandists in the press and seek out the means and methods to neutralize them.
Then the crony capitalist country clubbers and bluebloods must be dealt with.
In real terms there are two options open to the Republicans.
The first is to defeat him, really for no other reason than to give Obama a “loss”, to punish him for his other vices. This would cost the Republicans nothing.
The second option is the one they will probably choose, which is to get him to promise them things in such a way that he cannot renege. This has pretty well become meaningless because Obama and his people do not keep promises.
Their rationalization for this is that he used to be a Republican, so he wouldn’t utterly devastate the DOD, like many Democrats would. That’s hooey and they know it.
Is the CSM just dreaming/projecting again?
Since he wasn't there.
and to make every reform needed to ensure it does not happen again.
That would require a new President.
Uber RINO Lindsey Ping
"Republican by day, Democrat by night."
Want on or off this ping list?
Just FReepmail me.
Now Wallace is allowing that idiot Rove to respond to Mark Levin's accurate attack on him on radio last week.
I had to leave before I vomited.
If you are an American conservative, your MOST DANGEROUS enemy is NOT Obama or the people who put him in office. Its the Carl Roves, the Lindsey Grahams, the John McCains, the Chrissie Whitmans, The Bushes, the Christies, etc.
The entire menagerie of frauds, fakes and failures whose only purpose in life is to perpetuate their terms of office by generating NO controversy, taking NO political stands and having NO political philosophies which reflect the beliefs of the majority of their Republican Constituents. They only occupy space and office. Space and office which could be put to better use by candidates like Rubio and Rand Paul.
The Kenyan whips the GOOBers’ @$$e$ AGAIN! Run Johnny, Run! You too Lindsey!
SEPTEMBER 2002 : (SENATOR HAGEL GOES ON TRIP TO IRAQ SPONSORED BY IRAQ OIL FOR FOOD BANDIT SHAKIR AL KHAFAGI) Shakir Al-Khafaji (12 million barrels), a well-connected Detroit-area businessman who led a delegation of anti-war Congressional Democrats to Baghdad in September 2002 and who funded an anti-sanctions documentary produced by former weapons inspector Scott Ritter.
Ritter and Congressional Democrats. Which Congressional Democrats?

*******
The Oil for Food scandal has obvious implications for the policy he’s been advocating of subjecting U.S. interests to a Security Council veto. GOP Senator Chuck Hagel is another U.N. booster. If they mean what they say about enhancing the power of the U.N., in Iraq and elsewhere, then they in particular have an obligation to ensure that the world body is both effective and free of corruption. -—— “Oil for Scandal : Where’s Jesse Helms when the U.N. really needs him?,” WSJ Opinion journal, Thursday, March 18, 2004 12:01 a.m. EST
Voted against him before they voted for him.
ass-hats
What I remember is that Aburdene is a campaign contributor to Hagel through one of his PACs. But if you look further, you will see that Hagel has been part of a bunch of commissions to all parts of the world, and oddly enough the name Aburdene pops up among the other members of the commission. It is my guess that these are all members of the same family. 101 posted on 07/15/2005 6:27:30 PM PDT by Eva | To 98
OCTOBER 28, 2009 WED : (OBAMA INTRODUCES CHUCK HAGEL & DAVID BOREN AS CO-CHAIRMEN OF THE PRESIDENT’S INTELLIGENCE ADVISORY BOARD / PIAB [WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN THE BAD INTELLIGENCE WE SEE LATER ON BENGHAZI?]) SNIPPET: On Wednesday, President Barack Obama introduced former Nebraska Sen. Chuck Hagel and former Oklahoma Sen. David Boren as co-chairmen of the Presidents Intelligence Advisory Board.
The goal of the board, Hagel said Wednesday, is to provide thoughtful, informed and independent advice to the president regarding Americas intelligence-gathering agencies and how they can best work effectively to collect and share information to make critical decisions.————Obama names Hagel co-chairman of intelligence board, By CORY MATTESON / Lincoln Journal Star | Posted: Wednesday, October 28, 2009 7:45 pmhttp://journalstar.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/article_9ef29dee-c424-11de-b267-001cc4c002e0.html
Because we are now living in the last of days, whether some like it or not.
It is what it is. I once had some kind of hope we could change it, but He knew better (duh!!!).
Prepare is all I can say.
* Elias Aburdene & Joe Wilson : While Wilson was pursuing his foreign investment ventures, he also served as a foreign policy advisor to the 2000 Presidential campaign of Al Gore. A company the Gore family had a long-term relationship with, Occidental Petroleum, shared business interests with Alamoudi-affiliated companies in Africa and the Middle East, and employed as Vice President for Middle East business Odeh Aburdene,24 who shared a complex network of relationships with Rock Creeks Elias Aburdene and Joseph Wilson—notably, all three contributed to Arab-American Congressional Caucus leader Nick Rahall,25 who supported Muslim lobbying groups linked to terrorists and opposed military action in Iraq.26 Abdurahman Alamoudi also contributed to Rahall, and sat on the steering committee of Arab Americans for Clinton/Gore ‘96 along with his associate James Zogby, who later advised Gores 2000 Presidential campaign.27 Wilson had worked as an aide to Gore from 1985 to 1986 and had developed a friendly relationship with him. Wilson says Gore was the first person outside the State Department to contact him expressing support when he was caught in Iraq in the middle of the diplomatic crisis leading up to the Gulf War.——— “What Wilson Didnt Say About Africa: Joseph Wilson’s Silent Partners ,” via 112 posted on 04/24/2006 2:25:40 PM PDT by Fedora | To 111
Well, I’ve been of a mind that the opposition to Hagel was never really about his fitness (or lack thereof) to be SecDef. He just happened to be a convenient bargaining chip to leverage against the administration. Now that they have gotten a bone or two from Obama on Benghazi, Hagel will probably sail through. Graham may vote no just to shore up his support back home. Most of the GOP will probably vote Aye on Hagel, I’d wager, and planned to all along.
I wish I could be less cynical about Beltway politics, especially when it comes to the Senate, but I really can’t anymore.
We REALLY need an “ Eagle Eye” moment to solve this governmental quagmire.
So which show were we watching?
Dog? Pony? Kibuki? Bread and Circus?
FU John McLame and Linda Graham.
With Hagel “in charge” DOD will be on autopilot. Wait—isn’t it already?
