We threw out “Rule of Law” decades ago. Our universities teach the law students Austinian cr*p, which would have been arbitrary law and unconstitutional but since that Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. we have any absurd thing become “law”.

John Marshall would have stated stuff like “homosexual” marriage is Null and Void because it is not “Right Reason according to Nature”-—the fundamental constitutionality principle of “making” Just Laws.

We should get back to Constitutional laws—Rational Law. It is like Cicero stated-—once “Rule of Law” becomes rule of man (just arbitrary laws which give breaks and power to a few) then we will go into chaos.

Irrational “thinking” of the Postmodernists/Marxists/Progressives/Atheists where they think they can “remold” the human being into something “perfect” are dehumanizing and makes slaves of all of us. Their laws are arbitrary and unconstitutional.

.

On Friday’s night broadcast of his radio show, Mark Levin speculated that the federal government is stockpiling ammunition to ensure the rule of law in the event of a total societal and economic collapse.

"except it wouldn’t be the rule of law but the rule of communists."

.

"...especially considering they are taking active steps to achieve that very collapse."
