PHOENIX (AP) Should illegal immigrants using false documents to work face stiffer charges than college

I am not “Latino” and the GOPe wants to be the Amnesty Party, they can count me out.
“You’re painting with a really broad brush, AuntB. “
Can you read? I didn’t create that brush, babe...THEY DID!
ONE more time, and I’m done! 70% of a population who has NO loyalty to my country does NOT BELONG HERE!
*ZOGBY Poll: Mexicans say Mexican-Americans Owe Loyalty to Mexico Over U.S.
Thu Oct 15 11:51:17 2009 ·
(CNSNews.com) - Nearly 70 percent of Mexicans surveyed said that Mexican-Americans including those born in the United States owe their primary loyalty to Mexico, not the U.S.

That really did a lot of good, didnt it???
No, it didn't do enough good. But that illustrates a couple of points I'm making, AuntB. First, Romney used the word "self-deportation" in reference to Latinos. That was a stupid thing to say, and it cost him millions of votes. Between that and his "47 percent" remark, he made two stupid statements that probably cost him the election. I will again remind you that Bush got over 40% of the Latino vote in 2004.
Second, 27% of Latinos voted for Romney IN SPITE OF his insensitive remark about Latinos. This means they are hard-core conservatives ... shooting a .50-caliber hole in your claim that "legal Latinos don't vote for Republicans."
True, they don't belong here. Read your own link. The poll was taken IN MEXICO. Take a poll of Latinos who are living in the United States, particularly the ones who have applied for citizenship or were born here, and the poll results will be vastly different.
“Thanks AuntB for standing up against the PC notions of those who would bring down this country”
Well, I wish it did some good. For 14 years, many of us tried to tell the FROBL’s (Free Republic Open border lovers) what was coming. But we got banned, insulted and painted with that BROAD RACIST BRUSH. Because of those PC ‘good republicans’ we now look forward to our grandchildren knowing first hand what a 3rd world hell hole is like to live in.
It’s not the aliens I have disdain for, it’s the PC BS wanna be republican traitors.
70% are loyal to Mexico. That is obvious, have you ever seen a US-Mexico soccer game, they don’t root for this country. Not even the ones who were born here.
I agree. But amnesty will be the end. Those “12 million” legalized will be allowed to bring in their families, we’ll have 40 million more tax parasites voting Democrat.
“I agree. But amnesty will be the end. Those 12 million legalized will be allowed to bring in their families, well have 40 million more tax parasites voting Democrat.”
You’re right. They are out of a socialist culture, wanting government to be Daddy.
The next amnesty would apply to at least 40 million illegal aliens

Also:
What does 20 million people actually look like? (and that isn’t counting anchor babies & chain immigration!)

Do you realize if this AMNESTY happens we are in effect creating the equivilent of adding over 17 more states to this country? And thats not even considering the chain migration that is in the Senate bill.
Please look at what giving amnesty to as many as 20,000,000 illegal alien foreign nationals actually represents. More than the population of 16 states and DC!
According to the 2000 census, 18,785,867 is the total populations combined of Wyoming, Dist. of Columbia, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana, Rhode Island, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Maine, Idaho, Nebraska, West Virginia, New Mexico and Nevada.
THINK about that!
To use an Obamaism this flies in the face of common sense. The illegals first don’t want to abide by our laws and then they complain that the penalties are to stiff. The lawyers try to make the case that it’s the same as trying to by a drink while under age. And what in the hell is the ‘League of Latin American Citizens’ or what ever it said.
There have been two cases where I believe using an ID illegally was ruled
NOT A CRIME
An illegal alien was charged with using a stolen identity. His defense was that he didn’t know the social security number he was using belonged to anyone.
THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES AGREED.
If anyone is aware of this please chime in. There are definitely two different laws for US citizens and illegal aliens. Whenever the situation arises, I ask what if I am an illegal alien? So far in my conservative area, I get the right answer.
One more thing those who worry about the left catching us doing or saying something wrong or bad, take heart. It doesn’t matter what the right says, it will always be wrong or they will LIE about it. Democrats are the most sick people I have ever seen.

I remember it. GAWD Awful precedent. And yes, they are above the law...just imagine. Someone breaks several laws and gets rewarded with citizenship! What a country...
[snip]In spite of this, under federal and many state statutes, a person using someone elses SSN or other personal information must knowingly do so in order to be convicted of felony identity theft. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that prosecutors must prove that an illegal alien is knowingly using another persons SSN in order to convict the illegal alien of identity theft under the federal statute, thereby, leaving the victims of these serious and often devastating crimes unprotected.

My issue is not with the quantity of legal immigration, but the quality.
We should make it easy for skilled people to immigrate, not preferentially allow immigration from third world countries, which is what we seem to do.
