Thursday's announcement by DMV Commissioner Tony Tata comes less than a month after the North Carolina attorney general's office said the agency was legally required to issue licenses to those qualified under the Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program... Can anybody tell me how states have become legally required to issuedriver's licenses to obamasdramers ? I thought each state was suppose to decide, to give or not give driver's licenses and now they want to claim it is federal law for states to give illegal aliens driver's licenses ? It already appears they are slowly injecting amnesty.Illegals get drivers licences, work permots ,social security cards, free college educations ,memebers of congress have given obamadramers jobs with the federal gov as staffer's for congressmen/women.. No Americans need apply..We no longer count and being kicked to the kicked to the curb..All we are good for is our taxes rhey use to further give more hand outs to illegals.DMV to issue licenses to some illegal immigrants
