Olympia, WA --(Ammoland.com)- Olympic Arms is a staunch believer in and defender of the Constitution of the United States, and with special attention paid to the Bill of Rights that succinctly enumerates the security of our Divinely given Rights.
One of those Rights is that to Keep and Bear Arms.
Legislation recently passed in the State of New York outlaws the AR15 and many other firearms, and will make it illegal for the good and free citizens of New York to own a large selection of legal and safe firearms and magazines.
We feel as though the passage of this legislation exceeds the authority granted to the government of New York by its citizens, and violates the Constitution of the United States, ignoring such SCOTUS rulings as District of Columbia v. Heller 554, U.S. 570 of 2008, McDonald v. Chicago 561 U.S. 3025 of 2010, and specifically the case of United States v. Miller 307 U.S. 174 of 1939.
Due the passing of this legislation, Olympic Arms would like to announce that the State of New York, any Law Enforcement Departments, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders within the State of New York, or any New York State government entity or employee of such an entity will no longer be served as customers.

“DHS has enough ammo to shoot every American five times?”
Americans have enough ammo to shoot every DHS employee 530,000 times.
Since the Heller USSC decision, little has changed for the better. The cities that infringed on citizen’s rights effectively scoffed at the ruling and continued infringing on citizens’ rights. Recently, the infringements have been poured on with glee and with absolutely no concern for USSC rulings or citizens’ rights. Rights and rule-of-law mean nothing to many politicians. They now think they face little to no opposition and are free to do whatever they please.
Olympic Arms’ action may cost the company some money and that is to be respected. Buy from them if you can. Barrett deserves support, too.
In my fantasy land, I'd like to see firearms and ammunition manufactures move to free states. There are number of these businesses in NY, CT, MA, IL, and CA. It would make it very interesting as a lead up to CWII. (Yeah, that is twisted, but I am fed up with government.)
Awesome!
We need more of this to happen!
“You disarm us? We disarm you!”
Your enemy will carry to you all the weapons you need to defeat him - Mao Tsetung
Apparently Cuomo the Younger wasn’t wearing shirt and shoes....
That is, until Scalia modified the Miller case, to stand for the proposition that unconstitutional bans become constitutional, as long as SCOTUS avoids ruling on the ban. Now, the Miller case is read as allowing only what is in common use, whatever the dickens that is.
It’s called standing up to the bullies!
We had all better get behind companies like Olympic Arms and LaRue.
Good for them, and us.
“So... what happens if companies refused to sell weapons and ammo to the cops??”
Considering who is in the White Hut I imagine the government would just buy their arms and ammo from their friends and financial supporters in China and Russia.

Cops should have thought about that before their unions and leadership decided to support gun bans.
Who is John Galt?
excellent.
time to cut off the supply to fedgov and the rest of the gun grabbers. regular citizens will make up the slack.
It would be funny if the State of New York had to send ‘straw buyers’ out of state to get guns.
LOL!
I disagree, and I'm gonna sue for discrimination.
Hey, if gays can sue for discrimination for not being catered to for weddings and get thousands of dollars in damages, I can sue for not being served ammo.
true
I really wish you’d sue the state of New York for hindering commerce and infringing our rights to keep & bear arms rather than Olympic Arms.
