Woman accused of brutally murdering boyfriend describes religious conversion and sexual relationship...
(Excerpt) Read more at video.foxnews.com ...
Of course not. I need to have it posted to me as irrelevancy. /s
Apparantly the Mortmons changed it a bit in 1990...
But consider...
1. Until 1929 all Mormons were to swear to teach revenge on the US government and all non-Mormon Americans for the death of Joey Smith They were to teach it to the FOURTH generation...
That means although George Romney was the last generation of his line to swear that in the Mormon temple he taught it to Willard, Willard taught it to his 5 boys and those boys have taught it to their children, the 4th generation...
So somewhere its been taught or picked up by Jodi and her boyfriend...
2. Brigham Young taught that all apostates and sinners should have their throats slit so that they could be saved through the shedding of their own blood..
3. In Utah they still have death by firing squad so that the blood of the criminal can be shed to “save” them...Usually Mormon criminals insist on this way to die...
4. The obsession with blood in Mormonism could be perseved by a nutcase as important...
5. Jodi may have thought she was saving him...
6. If thei is a case of “flirt to convert” then He was having a great time taking it to the ecxtreme..Flirt to convert consists of the Mormon missionary coming onto a non-Mormon girl and promising her marriage etc (but its too bad shes not a Mormon) then when she gets baptised in the Mormon religion he dumps her ...
7. He was living with his converts...Jodiu was just another of a long line...
8. She found out he was just using her as he had used others and went berserk...In her frame of mind she thought she would have pity on him and do him a favor and slit his throat...
9. Well at least she was a good Mormon girl
10 etc
Given that...
...The largest most well-known Lds educational system is named after a certain B.Y. (Brigham Young)...
...who repeatedly taught "blood atonement" -- shedding your own blood for some of your sins...
...a teaching that resulted in actual blood being shed -- some at their own hand & some, per ex-BYU history prof D. Michael Quinn came with the "help" of Lds personnel...
...why don't we see the question raised as thus: Did Jodi Arias believe she was somehow practicing Brigham Young's "blood atonement" -- atoning for the sexual sins of Travis Alexander -- by shedding his blood?
If this is too simply horrific to imagine, ya know, I actually agree. (So please agree with me that Brigham Young taught a horrific doctrine -- and should be labeled a "false prophet" for doing so!)
Course fresh out of the MTC they are brilliant trainees. And now barely 18 years old. It truly is sad, Elsie.
Eyes glazed over with that Burning in Bosom thing. Poor babies. Did Restornu get resurrected?
Who ya’ callin; lightweight, n00b?
Howdy there Resty. You must be the lightweight we’re speaking of. How you been? You sound sort of hacked off. You have the same anger as sister Arias? Hmmmmm?
Piss off. Not everyone whom disagrees with you is some phantom from your past, that you are obsessing over . . . .
Just as I suspected. /nots/
John 3:16.
I’ll call you a light weight as you contribute nothing but attempted sarcasm on mormonism threads.
I say attempted because you just aren’t very good at it.
Imagine that . . . bigots expecting rational argument.
And grammar challenged.
I guess that’s why you have nothing to contribute.
1. Mormons believe in at least 4 Earth Gods 2. Mormons believe in more created gods than Hindus, who only have 350 million gods 3. Mormons believe God used to be a created spirit 4. Mormons believe Gods breed in the heavens 6. Mormons believe the Holy Spirit was naughty, so didnt get a body, but somehow became a god anyway 7. Mormons believe Jesus was married.
Thanks in advance.
Not only 100% true, but just the tip of the iceberg.
There is nothing in mormonic teaching that is shared with Christianity, except the name Jesus Christ... But when Mormons use it the mean someone different.
Some people just don't understand the difference between Christianity and Mormonism.
The LDS is pretty persuasive in using some truth surrounded by lies to suck people in.
Plus of course they use the vocabulary and scriptures of Christianity like satan in the garden used scripture to tempt Eve.
Thank you for the reply. I await 1rudeboy's as well though. I have read through a few of these type threads in the past and have found it interesting to see no direct refutation of specific allegations to the belief system.
A year or so ago I read something about a planet kolob or whatever. Is this for real in Mormon faith? I initially took that as a slam on Mormons, which I find disgusting, and as a joke. Now I'm not sure.
Thanks in advance.
aMorePerfectUnion ~:” Hate therapy is a Temple ceremony that imbues mormons with the believe anyone who isnt a mormon must hate them. “
Have you ever participated in a “Temple ceremony” , or even been there , inside ?
Have you? We do have among us here, those whom have. If you'd like to meet them here, I'll try to remember to ping you at some future time (lord willing and the creeks don't rise, etc. I could die in my sleep any day, etc.)
Perhaps there may be things you could discuss with them.
Hey Elsie, Were we not all explicitly told by several Mormons and their defense League that we all hated Mormons because we hated Romney?
Could it be that all the bitching that came our way on that deal was all just Mormon apologists deflecting the fact that they have to place ‘hate’ and bigotry charges on us heathins just cuZ ?
And now that the election is over, Romney’s kid admitted he didn’t even want to run and no one in that house denied it, here’s all NEW! charges of hate and bigotry...
Hmmmm.....
