Ok, I will come to the defense of Deb Feyerick. She may be a stupid liberal (sorry for being redundant) but she might have stumbled on something. If there is global warming, it might be caused by the Sun. It is also highly possible that the Sun’s gravity contributed to the asteroid course to intersect closely to earth. But it is also possible that Moochelle’s fat ass affects the course of asteroids and her diet contributes to the creation of global warming gasses, much in the same way as cows.

A fat ass could be considered a point mass which may not have a measurable impact on the course of asteroids, but it would definitely have some sort of impact. The same thing goes with global warming gasses. The impact may be insignificant compared to other factors, but yes, her farts contribute to global warming.

I like to the think of the Earth as one giant electrical circuit. Everything’s connected. The isolation between parts may be phenomenally high in some cases, but nothing is ever completely separated electrically from everything else. As the quote from Serenity goes: “You can’t stop the signal, Mal.”
