Very interesting. An affirmative action sociopath.
I hope there are NOT many more out there. They make perfect Obama shock troops. With Dorner I see the face of Obama’s advanced fascism.
Apparently he had a Face Book page dripping with leftist venom which was immediately scrubbed.
Are you actually suggesting that Monica Quan and Keith Lawerence are not innocent and that Dorner is justified in murdering them?
Yes, I know all that, and my cuzzin jimmy was likely the a-hole that expunged his dishonorable discharge! Did you not notice my “/s” on my post you referenced??

Yes, been there, got out. I thought the best revenge is living well, and I have. The level of corruption I experienced was small potatoes compared to the LAPD. I know other people that have been victimized by corrupt police/LE management. I am not surprised that someone decided to go postal.
Dorner seems to be a kind of worst case. Here he was, mid-career in the Naval Reserve. He refused to go along with a cover-up, and management closed ranks and got rid of him. That cost him his LE career. Because of the lying charge, that cost him his military clearance, which cost him his military career. So here he is, at 33, no prospects because of a corrupt system.
He likely has had pretty good treatment otherwise because of affirmative action, which makes his treatment by the LAPD all the harder to take.
On LAPD corruption:
The LAPD had a policy of legally stealing any gun they came across, for many years. They would confiscate any gun they came across, and refuse to give it back until they got a court order. Court orders cost (lawyers fees) about $2,000 or more. Most guns cost less than that, so almost no one could afford court orders. Legalized theft as department policy.
I have not heard anything lately, so I do not know if the policy continues. I know the NRA had a lawsuit against the practice.
Police need to be held to high ethical standards. When they lie, they undermine the entire fabric of the justice system. The will be held to higher standards in the future, because technology is making it much harder to get away with the lies.
No. But being able to play the affirmative action card gives some protection. I have seen quite a bit of self delusion in these cases. It is very easy (and human) to blame others for your own failings.
Don't be stupid.
I am not the one who used a very poor choice of words.
I believe him...I believe that female training officer DID kick a handcuffed suspect in the face, then they fired him because he reported her.
Doesn’t excuse what he did, but he’s “going Galt” in his own way, and he raises some valid points about the culture and corruption of LAPD.
The same can be said for some elements of NYPD, also. I have personal knowledge, albeit second-hand, of a corrupt NYPD officer, and was told such is rampant throughout the department.

I was born there 50+ years ago, Cedars Lebanon hospital, and I knew TONS of people that hated them!

Bingo...affirmative action and they are always tense for not measuring up
Yeah I also was wondering about the lack of any individual awards. I don’t see any that jumped out at me as something other than “I was sent here” or “ I was sent there” and I belong to this unit or that unit.
