The excerpt pretty much says it all. Too bad the residents of the home were such cowards as to use handguns, instead of being true heroes and fending off this s.o.b. with scissors and curtain rods, like big sis napolitano wants us to do

I think the real take-away from this article is that the man was able to enter the house twice, each time armed with a shotgun, before the police were able to get there even once.

While deputies were responding to the 911 call, Drown returned with another shotgun and forced his way inside again, according to a report. When seconds count, the deputies are only minutes away.

Curtain rods eh ???
well I sew so I have about 6 pairs of scissors for both fabric and paper etc...
and as my grandchildren are now 10 and up I no longer hide the scissors away in cabinet drawers etc...
so they are readily available..
But for the curtain rods, Im only 5’ 2”
Did Sis say the criminals would wait while I go get my kitchen step ladder ???

But, no one uses firearms for self-defense. Just ask Peirs Morgan/s

The left wants you to call 911 rather than defend yourself. Yes.

The people in the house engaged in conflict resolution.
There was a conflict inside their home, and they resolved the situation.
I wonder if Janet Incompetantano’s security detail is armed only with scissors?

Oh, are we allowed to use curtain rods to defend ourselves, too? That’s great! It shouldn’t take me more than fifteen or twenty minutes to get out a ladder, get my tools, and dis-mount my curtain rods from the walls when an intruder comes in. Did Big Sis say what gauge and weight of curtain rod we’re allowed to use? Can we use metal ones, or just wood? Do we have to take the curtain rings off first? If an intruder is armed with a shotgun, how can we be certain that we won’t hurt or inconvenience him by using a curtain rod?

“Too bad the residents of the home were such cowards as to use handguns, instead of being true heroes and fending off this s.o.b. with scissors and curtain rods, like big sis nappy wants us to do”
Now, that’s funny, right there.
