I did go to Amazon and used the request to add this book to those available on a Kindle. Since I made the change to my Kindle Fire it is the only way I purchase books these days.
If this becomes available I will buy it.
Yes. Good suggestion. Others might do the same—ask for it to be on Kindle, which will also help expand reader interest.
