Secure border means: Secure border. What is not clear about that? My point simply is you can't trust a Democratic -- That IS exceptionally clear.

Secure border...much easier said than done, and certainly difficult to prove. That's my point. They say they won't do the amnesty until the border is secure, but how exactly does one secure said border and prove it. I'm pretty sure McCain's old plan called for someone in government first having to certify the border was secure. So, a government official or officials will certify the deed is done? Yeah. Certainly the president, for example, wouldn't say the border was secure until it truly was, right?
