We would have to create a new national capital though, I am thinking somehwere in Texas or Montana. In Texas you would need to convince a large part of the electorate to relocate to another region. Austin, Houston, and Dallas are loaded with Obama's 47% ers.

and their ability to meddle/control other people’s lives (in the case of the elitists)
and they’ll voluntarily emigrate.
