In WWI, the story was that Germans were bayoneting Belgian babies.
In the first Gulf War, Sadaam was tossing babies out of incubators.
Now the N Koreans are eating their own children.
The stuff could be true -- but it almost never is.

That Germans were bayoneting Belgian babies in WW1 is doubt able indeed but they certainly were executing Belgian civilians. And as history would show the Germans did much worse in WW2.
