There is a difference between lying and simply getting it wrong. What would I change in the bible? An insistence that free markets are good for a start.
How would you know if free markets [capitalism] be good? Free markets are simply the idea that one is entitled to all the benefits of ones’ labor.
Think back to your school days, now if you really like the opposite then nobody flunks and nobody excels b/c the teacher [gov] wants to be fair so the smartest and hardest working are robbed of their grades to ‘give’ the stupid and lazy the same average C grade for all. The book by Paul Bunyon ‘Pilgrims Progress’ describes the major flaw in this system - it robs all of the incentives to keep working harder and smarter.
None of us have enjoyed free markets as the founding fathers intended since we have had 100+ years of creeping socialism beginning [in the early 1900s] with the secretive Federal Reserve ‘Bank’ [think of it as a gov credit card where the people make the payments] and unconstitutionally ‘passed’ 16th amendment on a graduated income tax [did not get 3/4 ratification by the states].
Sadly, just like your obvious lack of knowledge regarding creation, you are also quite lacking on American history. This is really abhorrent for someone who became a freeper within 1 year of its inception!
Please please please study the Bible and read as much as you can get your hands on that is outside of the mainstream groupthink. Please?

It is a free online book explaining all scientific disciplines in everyday language, yet also provides hundreds of other science references both pro-creation and pro-evolution. I bought 2 of the hard back versions for far less than any of the texts I was required to attain in college - approx $20 for the 7th edition and $30 for the 8th edition [approx 100 pages more].
