I have a good friend who was a white house visitor during that era. He personally saw Hillary and Vince Foster sloppy kissing in the hall of the White House. (He’s a big time dem so I don’t think he had any reason to make this up. He’s a straight shooter.) Tacky and, in view of what happened, pretty weird. If he saw it, then she staged it.

Probably staged. Visitors do not have access to President’s residential areas of WH.
