Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and Fox News Channel are parting ways, according to a report in Real Clear Politics. After three years as a paid contributor for the channel, FNC and the former Republican vice presidential nominee have decided to cut ties.
A source close to Palin told Real Clear Politics that it was the governors decision not to renew their contract.
*Its my understanding that Gov. Palin was offered a contract by FOX, and she decided not to renew the arrangement, the source close to Palin told RCP. She remains focused on broadening her message of common-sense conservatism across the country and will be expanding her voice in the national discussion.

It wassn’t the press, it was the nuisance lawsuits which were driving her family to bankruptcy.
Where’d you get that “press” nonsense?
Senator Pailin will kickass and take names. The media will hate her even more. Good! That will show that she's doing her job per the Constitution.
With the group we have in RNC I doubt we’ll see a real conservative presidential candadite. When we did have them, they were eliminated.
I like that combo, too. Cain could help the platform. I saw a comment on another site that said "Cain's 9-9-9 plan would be much better than 0's 0-0-0 plan!" LOL.
Let’s hope that this is a prelude to Palin for Senate 2014!
Sarah who?
I assume you are talking about the couric interview. Listen to her response sometime, she was obviously ticked, probably about being condescended to by the likes of couric, who reportedly harassed her about abortion repeatedly. You can tell she was frustrated and being flippant with her. Listen to courics tone. I have a book about sarah written before 2008 that talks about her being a reader, even when she was young, reading the paper front to back.
It's important to get your facts straight before you post, not after.
Palin.
She is absolutely better than FOX. FOX used to be a good channel but is not any more.
You never know. Personally, I don’t expect her to run for office again; I believe she received some kind of serious threat against her family. But if I’m wrong and she does run, I’ll be glad to support her.
Maybe its time for Rush to start grooming her as his long term replacement?
What better way to throw sand in the left’s face than for her to inherit that mantle?
PALIN FIRES FOX
I like the sound of that headline as well as “Palin UNCHAINED”.
Bump.
First I had ever heard that idea, would just like to repeat it once.
I dont know Palin’s reason for leaving Fox, but I do see the Kucinich hire as a positive for our side.
I mean, Kucinich is a loon. A close encounters of the third kind loon. Plus he isn’t Black or Hispanic, so he can’t claim racism, nor is he female so he can’t claim sexism when O’Reilly or Hannity make him look like a fool. If there has to be a liberal spokesperson there, I’d rather it be the guy who’s famous for seeing the space ship with the lights that are blinking and beeping....beeping and blinking, and beeping....sorry, got off on a Shatner moment there.
Plus, with any luck they may have his wife on, and she’s cute (sorry, but the truth has no agenda, and the woman is good looking).
I'll confess...that's what I'm waiting for...
CA....
“Not surprised. Fox News is pretty much has become center-left.”
I disagree. Fox news isn’t left or right, they are in the business of selling news.....that is all. IF being to the right does that....that is where they will be, and visa versa.
I don’t believe they have any other agenda, as a network, than to make a profit. Being more to the right has been profitable to them....but that isn’t necessarily what they are. They are chamelions.
I only read it. I have not heard it which I know can make a difference.
