...If I recall correctly, the above statement means that the so called "justice department" is in violation of federal law by keeping such records. The FOPA of 1986 specifically OUTLAWED the FBI or any other federal agency from keeping such records... What Holder is proposing is illegal. Holder is sending the message that he and Obama are above the law.
